Introduction: Scrub typhus is an important and widespread cause of acute febrile illness (AFI). which can be diagnosed easily by serological assay. Methods: All cases of AFI were sent for Scrub Typhus serology by rapid Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay (ELISA) method.
